I have to introduce you these wonderful Zippies. The first thing I have to say is that I personally love them! Yeah, I am already deciding which one(s) I am letting the children have and which ones I am keeping for myself – the kids are already picking, too. Well… they think they are.
Zippies are wonderful for making sure your kids know how to find their own belongings in the pile of school backpacks, lunchboxes and drink bottles that all look the same. Right now, there are 10 Zippies to choose from. They can be purchased individually for $3.99 each in sets of five, on sale right now, for $15.95 including shipping, or in the complete set of all 10 for just $29.95 with free shipping.
You can find Zippies on their website, on Twitter, Facebook and you can even join the Zippies Club for even more fun!

Let me tell you what you cannot tell from the pictures on the Zippies internet site, the Zippies Facebook page or from Twitter. These are not your ‘normal’ attach to a backpack zipper, coat zipper or other item markers. The quality Zippies put into these are amazing. The ‘bungee’ like material that will stretch repeatedly, without fraying, to fit on any drink bottle or cup is super strong. It is not that thin rubber band like material that you are afraid to stretch. This is a thick, sturdy material that you can stretch and stay worry free about breakage. It also has a sizeable clasp that you can use to tighten it once you have it placed on the item of you choice.
The best part of the quality is the thickness of the plastic that make a Zippies. I have not measured but I am estimating that they are almost ¼” thick. Being that thick, there will be no bending and breakage. The thickness makes for a very sturdy personal marker that will last for years. Speaking of markers, there is a place on the back of each one to write whatever kind of identifying information you want on yours! Being the thick plastic, Zippies are going to stand up to all kinds of wear and tear and last for a super long time. As a parent of two little boys that can destroy anything, no so the Zippies. I am completely impressed with these products.
Zippies have been seen in Family Fun, Parents, Parenting and O.K. Magazines. Zippies have won awards for being innovative: Small firms with Big ideas.
Nearly Nothing was lucky enough to receive a set of five Zippies in exchange for this review which is completely my own personal opinion. Please see my full disclaimer here. In addition, Zippies is letting us give away a set of five Zippies to one lucky winner. You can enter the Zippies Giveaway on the page HERE! I know the winner will love these as much as we do.
